Product Marketing Manager

Herrmann seeks a Product Marketing Manager to create and develop the presentation of our products to delight clients and users

We’re looking for an experienced product marketing manager to lead our go-to-market efforts. You’ll be responsible for presenting our products in ways that will increase engagement with our clients and users. The role will work with the product, engineering, support and marketing teams to promote new features and products to our clients and our partners.

As the Product Marketing Manager you will be responsible for understanding our product’s strategy, getting to know our customers, partners and user personas, monitoring competitive trends to support our positioning and inform our roadmap, and developing the collateral and assets that the company will use to introduce and communicate new features and products. You will craft compelling messages to various stakeholders (support, sales, partners, customers) and across marketing channels (landing pages, email, video, webinars) to communicate the product’s value. The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for training the support team to support new features and products, training the sales force on how to sell the product, coordinating feature releases with our international offices and partners, and creating marketing materials that communicate product features to our partners and customers. You will develop a playbook for launching new features and products. You are results oriented, ensuring that all goals for launching new features are well defined and that timelines, checklists and communications plans line up and that all collateral is ready. Our customers and partners span the globe and 30-40% of your time will be spent collaborating with global offices and partners in EMEA and APAC.


  • Understand our product’s strategy
  • Develop a go-to-market playbook
  • Own and execute the go-to-market plans for new features and products
  • Train the support team to support new features
  • Communicate the value proposition of new features to the sales team and to global partners
  • Communicate with and support our international strategic partners, including EMEA and APAC
  • Coordinate piloting of new features with partners and customers
  • Develop collateral and assets to introduce and communicate new features
  • Define and track goals for effective feature launches
  • Manage and coordinate our customer advisory board
  • Conduct competitive intelligence research to support our positioning and inform the product roadmap


  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills, innovative attitude, flexible, proactive, service-minded and a strong team player
  • Positive attitude and willingness to roll up sleeves and dig deep to achieve goals
  • Good organizational skills including prioritizing, scheduling, time management, and meeting deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and service orientation
  • Highly organized, have multi-tasking skills, and efficient in ambiguous situations
  • Flexibility to collaborate with teams and partners in time zones around the world
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%
  • SaaS experience preferred
  • Experience with a virtual role
  • Proficient with Word, Powerpoint, Google Docs, Google Sheets
  • Background in design and copywriting is a plus
  • Experience with Photoshop, Illustrator, Jira, and Hubspot is a plus
