Global & Legal Coordinator (UK/EMEA)

Herrmann is seeking a curious, adaptable and internationally conversant liaison between our global legal, product and revenue teams and diverse leadership teams of our global partners.

JOB SUMMARY

The Global & Legal Coordinator is the key liaison between Herrmann and its global network of affiliates, and is responsible for supporting the success of Herrmann’s offerings around the world. The Global & Legal Coordinator will proactively coordinate with Herrmann’s existing and new global affiliates, ensuring effective two-way communication and collaboration. The Global Coordinator will also partner with sales, marketing, and product management functions with the goal of achieving the best experience for our internal and external clients. Finally, the Global & Legal Coordinator will provide management and administrative support to our General Counsel on all legal matters.  

Preference that individual be based in the geographic area within the UK.

DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Serve as first point of contact for Herrmann’s global territory affiliates, ensuring that their needs are met to support achievement of our shared business growth objectives
  • Support and manage global projects involving diverse international stakeholders, including our global account planning, marketing, and product launch/updates
  • Proactively communicating on a scheduled basis to understand the status of their business and needs
  • Coordinate legal affairs with in-house and external counsel, and serve as primary point of contact regarding global trademark and other registrations for Herrmann intellectual property
  • Coordinate international business development and delivery among teams in different regions, including managing international attendance at Certification workshops or marketing events
  • Curate and disseminate information regarding updates and benefits of new product/platform features
  • Manage and respond to all incoming calls and email inquiries from global partners and if necessary, escalate issues and ensure their resolution in a timely manner
  • Manage time effectively, meet personal goals and work effectively with other members of the team
  • Effectively communicate with internal team members and external stakeholders to overcome any cultural and language barriers
  • Assist with the management of client data as needed

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3+ years’ experience working in a strategic coordination / support role, including work supporting executives, legal, licensees/partners or key customers
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Suite and with SaaS applications (e.g., Salesforce/Hubspot)
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet scheduled deadlines
  • Excellent listening, negotiating and presentation skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Sound judgment and strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Self-starter/self-motivated

PREFERRED ADDITIONAL EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree or greater in related field (e.g., legal, organizational development or business/management)
  • Comfort working in a remote environment with stakeholders across different time zones
  • Fluency in foreign language(s),  French is a plus
  • Experience and knowledge of SaaS business model
