The Education Business Development Manager (BDM) is responsible for the introduction and success of Whole Brain Thinking system. You will actively seek out new business opportunities and introduce the ongoing lifetime value of Whole Brain Thinking within the Adult Learning Education vertical. The BDM will sell the full suite of Herrmann solutions and be responsible for developing relationships with multiple buyers within these accounts, to develop and close larger opportunities. Candidate must have a demonstrated track record of achievement selling to large enterprise financial services organizations.
Develop a strong understanding of target buyers, domain knowledge, products and competitors. Prospect and identify new opportunities to build and maintain a healthy pipeline. Demonstrated ability to identify and sell to multiple buyers within an organization. Implement a consultative, solution selling, methodology. Ability to develop and close sales exceeding $100,000 in annual value Work with Marketing and Revenue teams to execute campaigns to top buyers. Exceed assigned sales objectives and quarterly bookings quotas. Accurately manage and forecast your business using HubSpot.
Education: a Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Management, Finance or Economics, highly preferred 5+ Years selling into larger commercial accounts within the Education space, specifically at the college and adult learning environment. Background or training in a consultative/Solution Sales process Strong blueprinting, prospecting, cold-calling skills
